CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
We are seeking a Customer Account Coordinator for our location at Longbridge Lane, Derby to support and drive our customer performance and delivery.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for the management of customer performance reports and KPIs, liaising internally and externally to ensure customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
THE ROLE
The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for:
The order book management of designated customers; ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and timely
Maintaining and running critical shortage reports to identify potential issues within the supply chain to prevent build shortages and delivery failures
Maintaining departmental KPIs to enable the performance of the department and highlight any potential trends
Attending site meeting to obtain customer data on outputs to ensure stock availability levels are sufficient
Actioning ad-hoc stock requests and creating urgent demands to ensure customers are not impacted and delivery timescales are met
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience of working within a customer facing role
Knowledge of using ERP / MRP systems
Some experience of interpreting and managing data and excellent attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge of Excel; pivot tables, vLookups and charts
Excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally
Good verbal and written communication skills
