Data Co-Ordinator

The Data Coordinator is responsible for updating current data and processing new data to ensure that it remains accurate and up to date and that new parts are fully functional within the system
Key Responsibilities
The Data Coordinator is responsible for updating current data and processing new data to ensure that it remains accurate and up to date and that new parts are fully functional within the system. This includes:

receiving, validating and updating data based on pricing files either from the customer or procurement departments to ensure correct pricing is on the system.
receiving and actioning customer and/or supplier data changes in relation to current data.
Conducting data audits.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop within a growing and evolving organisation.

You will work in a team environment, whilst also working cross functionally to drive customer service and performance.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

We want to hear from you if have:

Some data entry experience
GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent) as a minimum
Good Excel skills (You know your pivot tables from your vLookups!)
Great attention to detail
Some knowledge about supply chains
A readiness and willingness to work in an international, fast-paced, dynamic working environment
