About you:
The Supplier Quality Leader will:

• Engage selected suppliers to improve quality maturity and performance
• Coach and challenge suppliers to drive for Zero Defects
• Coach the suppliers in problem solving
• Develop a culture of compliance in the supplier through focused audit
• Provide Quality leadership and expertise at Suppliers. This role must maintain independence reflecting the business responsibilities
• Accountable for the rate of change of performance and maturity of the allocated portfolio of suppliers
• Develop the suppliers in prevention on a prioritized portfolio
• Implementation of a value adding governance of the suppliers’ progress and performance
• Setting the highest standards of compliance by driving effective product and process audits
• Deploying 3rd party services in the supplier to contain and/or develop the suppliers
• Developing high credibility across the suppliers and strong rapport with the suppliers’ management teams
